On the wall behind the sofa is a black-and-white-and-sepia movie poster for Orson Welles' Othello.
She has been fascinated by it almost since her arrival from the hospital.
She stares up at it while breastfeeding, and twists her head to keep an eye on it while she's being burped or carried around.
Amanda reckons Scarlett's starting to look more and more like me.
Seems like at least we've got something in common.
